We came in as 4 guests in a single room. Although the 2 single beds were a sofa and a folding one, they were really comfortable. It was a great visit! Reception was kind and professional. The free coffee and water at the lobby was great and helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. Reception was helpful but wasn't overly friendly. Room was nice and big but as a 4 star we thought it should have been finished a bit better. Rooms aren't sound proofed, I could hear the neighbours and we were woken up by the bin men at 6am. Good location, about 50min walk to the cathedral but 10 min walk to tube that goes to most sites. Was a nice that there was free water bottles available all the time
Really enjoyed our stay here. The Reception team were outstanding and the room spacious and comfortable. Location is very central in Milan, a couple of blocks from the main train station and also the city/shopping areas. Thank you Residenze delle Citte!
It's more than 10 minutes' walk from Milan Railway Station. The hotel provides free bread and coffee. The hotel is not bad. If you check in after 8:00 at night, you need to pay special attention. Self-service check-in will be a little troublesome. Check-in before 8:00pm is still good.
